Binns Property Works Ltd was formed in October 2007 by Steve and Sharron Binns. The business was developed to provide the Tekapo and Mackenzie community with locally based painting and general maintenance services which were key skills of Steve and his team. Over the past 15 years the business has grown and developed to meet the needs of the local community offering services that best meet the demands of our customers.
With the arrival of COVID, the business has had to adapt to address the shift in tourism and meet the economic impact the pandemic has had on the region. The company is always looking at ways to provide better services to the Mackenzie.
Our current team current consists of:
Painters
Grounds maintenance/landscaping - covering hard and soft landscaping
Property maintenance / building renovation team
We also project manage external contractors. We have a wide network of preferred suppliers covering all trades.
