Since starting up in 2007 Binns Property Works Ltd has become the go-to company for property owners in Lake Tekapo, in the Mackenzie district, needing regular or one-off maintenance services for their holiday homes, residential or commercial properties. We hold property maintenance contracts for both commercial and residential properties; we carry out interior and exterior painting and we provide gardening, lawn mowing and general grounds maintenance services.
Binns Property Works has a great team of experienced staff who are based in the Mackenzie area. Our can-do attitude means we can turn our hand to almost anything. One of our most unusual jobs was designing a trap to catch a stoat hiding in a restaurant!
